At TGU Home Solutions, our team is more than a collection of industry professionals we are a team of former U.S. Army Combat Engineers who have spent years building, leading, and solving complex challenges across the globe.

Today, we bring that same discipline, precision, and unified teamwork to every residential and commercial project we undertake. Nearly all of our Project Managers proudly served in the Army, and each member of our leadership team is held to the same rigorous standards of performance, accountability, and integrity.

Owner

Jared Gay

Founder of TGU Home Solutions, Jared built this company with the same mission focused mindset he learned as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army. He oversees company vision, quality standards, and the client experience. If something has to be done right he’s the one making sure it happens.

Chief of Operations

Robert "Rob" Moore

A retired Combat Engineer known for logistics and precision, Rob keeps all moving parts (and people) aligned. Scheduling, materials, timelines he runs it like a well-coordinated mission. Even the coffee maker doesn’t start without his approval.

Head Office Manager

Arquimedes "Arqui" Rodriguez

The backbone of the office. Arqui handles communication, documentation, customer support, and coordination. If you’ve called us, emailed us, or scheduled anything chances are, you’ve already met the real MVP.

Anderson "Andy" Jimenez

A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant, Andy brings over 20 years of leadership and discipline to his role in sales and marketing at TGU. He plays a key role in driving growth while fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.

Jeremy Labuda

Jeremy Labuda, a retired U.S. Army veteran with 21 years of service, brings precision and reliability to his role as Estimator at TGU. Known for his attention to detail and team-first mindset, he ensures every project is accurate, efficient, and set up for success.

Field Manager

Timothy "Tim" Speights

With years of field leadership as a Combat Engineer, Tim manages job site operations, safety, quality control, and crew coordination. He’s the reason your project stays on track, on budget, and built like we mean it because we do.
