Founded by Jared Gay as a home renovation company in 2020 on the principles of communication, timeliness, and craftsmanship – we have proudly provided residential and commercial services to hundreds of satisfied customers. Our team of expert construction managers has 20+ years of experience across all fields of construction and are ready to take on your new project. The relationship we have developed with numerous trade partners allows us to build at the highest quality and best possible rate and those savings are passed along to the client through our cost+ billing structure.

A message from the founder of TGU Home Solutions; Jared Gay
I love what we do; it has been my goal to build a team that places our clients’ needs as their number one priority. I want for every client to be comfortable with us and have the best experience when building their dream home. I understand that building a home is a big commitment and people are wanting to build their forever home. A place for them and their family to fall in love with and stay long-term. Being a family man I understand the importance of getting it just right. I believe that we have gotten it right with our pre-construction process. During this process we go through every detail of the build, from the floor plan to the paint color, cabinets, and door hardware. We outline all of this up front before a build contract is signed. This gives the client a better idea of what the build will cost when we send everything out for bids and about how long it will take. I hope, and the feedback has been great so far, that the client is more comfortable and less stressed doing things this way. At the end of the process each client has a complete packet with floor plans, selections, soil tests, and everything they need to start the build, up to the permit. This gives them the opportunity to work with us and see if we are a fit for them before signing a construction contract. If they choose to continue working with us we apply for the permit and get right to work.
Our Process
We follow a simple 4-step process, rooted in creating solutions ONLY after fully understanding the true needs and desires of our clients. After consulting with prospective clients, our team of construction experts develop a customized plan to address budget, time, and quality expectations. Throughout the entire process, we diligently communicate with our clients to eliminate any confusion or concerns with any aspect of the project. We treat every client and project equally, always guaranteeing our craftsmanship and customer service. Our projects are only complete after the client is completely satisfied with the results.

Step 2
A specialist will connect with you and provide an expert at home/virtual consultation as needed, followed up with a detailed quote for work.
Step 3
We will draft a work contract for your review. When fully understood and agreed upon by all parties, the contract will be signed, and work will begin.

Step 4
